We are a small provider by choice. We believe the best care happens when the individuals delivering it really know the person they are supporting. We keep our teams focused, our caseloads considered, and our communication open. Every concern, however small, is taken seriously.
We are based in Cardiff and support families across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. When you call us, you will speak to someone who knows this area and will take the time to listen.

We operate Healing Hands Healthcare Limited in line with the standards expected by Care Inspectorate Wales. That means safer recruitment, proper induction, regular review of care plans, clear safeguarding procedures, and open communication with families from the outset. We want the people who come to us to feel reassured not only by what we say, but by how carefully we deliver it.
