Our Stories
The part of this work we care about most is what it means to the people on the receiving end of it. The person who feels safe in their own home again. The family who finally feels like they have real support. The small moments that add up to something that genuinely changes how a day feels. These are the moments we hope to be part of, and in time, this is where we will share them.
We are in the early stages of building our service. As we begin supporting clients and families across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, we will invite them to share their experiences here, in their own words and with their full permission. We believe honest accounts from real people matter more than anything else we could place on this page.
