Careers

Work that matters, every day.

Care work is one of the most demanding things a person can do, and one of the most important. At Healing Hands Healthcare Limited, we are building a team of people who take that seriously. We want our carers and coordinators to feel well supported, well led, and valued for the work they do. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we would like to hear from you.

What we offer

A team built with care, purpose, and clear values.

We want the people who work with us to feel that their effort is recognised and that they are part of something worth building. Here is what you can expect from us.

  • Competitive pay, reviewed regularly and aligned to experience and responsibility
  • A proper induction programme and ongoing development throughout your time with us
  • Support to work towards the Care Certificate and further qualifications including NVQ Level 2, 3, and beyond
  • Rotas planned with your availability in mind
  • A management team with direct care experience who understand what the work really involves
  • An open culture where concerns are heard and acted upon
  • The chance to be part of something being built with care, purpose, and clear values from the start

Our approach to recruitment

Safer recruitment, without exception.

The people we employ will be going into the homes of people who are in a position of vulnerability. We take that seriously at every stage. All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references, and confirmation of the right to work in the United Kingdom. We follow safer recruitment principles without exception.
